NATIVE AMERICAN PLAINS INDIAN ARTIFACTS
On offer in this cathegory is a wide range of North American Native objects, obtained from my large net of connections with renowned collectors, that in most cases gave me the pieces on consignment, in other they sold them to me. They mostly consist of pipes, tomahawks, knives and sheats, awl cases, coiffes, dresses, belts, bags, pouches and other artifacts from the people of the Plains Indian like Blackfoot, Arapaho, Cheyenne, Comanche, Crow, Gros Ventre, Kiowa, Lakota, Lipan, Plains Cree, Plains Ojibwe, Sarsi, Nakoda (Stoney), and Tonkawa, Arikara, Hidatsa, Iowa, Kaw (or Kansa), Kitsai, Mandan, Missouria, Omaha, Osage, Otoe, Pawnee, Ponca, Quapaw, Wichita, Yanktonai and Yankton Dakota. There are also pieces from the Woodlands, Hopi and other affiliations. All pieces are carefully selected and guaranteed authentic.

Antique Sioux Lakota awl case made in deer hide and full covered with salt and pepper beadwork, collected in 1972-1973 by Martha Magpie in Cherry Creek (Cheyenne River res.). Exact period is unknown, but it may be from middle 19th century. Great overall condition.
