Description: Antique approx. 17th C. bronze figure depicting Tara, the Hindu-Buddhist goddess of compassion, seated on a lotus flower pedestal. She is wearing an ornate crown, earrings and a necklace for jewelry with flowing tassels over her arms that are fluttering in a light breeze. The statuette has an amazing patina from age.
